the changes) and subparagraph 2 of the same paragraph) shall apply accordingly to the case where the New Tokyo International Airport Authority makes an Application for Approval of the Construction Enforcement Plan, other than that specified under the first part of paragraph 1 of Article 55-(3) of the Law, for the installation of air navigation radio aids under the provisions of the same Article.
(Report of Suspension or Discontinuation of Use)
Article 104. A person who intends to make a report on the suspension or discontinuation of use of air navigation radio aids in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport a Report of Suspension (Discontinuation) of Air Navigation Radio Aids giving the following information:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type and location of the air navigation radio aids;
(3)If the report is on the discontinuation of said aids, proposed date of discontinuation;
(4)If the report is on the suspension of said aids, the proposed date of commencement of suspension and the duration thereof;
(5)The reason(s) for the suspension or discontinuation.
2. If the applicant is a juridical person or a partnership, the report under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by documents attesting to the resolution on the suspension or discontinuation of use of said aids.
3. The provisions under paragraph 1 shall apply accordingly to the suspension or discontinuation of air navigation radio aids under Article 55-(3) paragraph 1 of the Law.
(Application for Inspection on Recommencement of Use)
Article 105. A person who intends to undergo the inspection for
rccommencement of the use of air navigation radio aids in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 4 of the Law which is applied accordingly to Article 45 paragraph 2 of the Law (including the case when applied accordingly to Article 56 of the Law) shall submit an Application for the Recommencement of Use of Air Navigation Radio Aids to the Minister of Transport, giving the following information:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type and location of air navigation radio aids;
(3)Proposed date of recommendation of use.
